Collection of Information
Personal information (“PI”) is information that directly identifies you (for example, your name and contact information). MThompsonADR collects PI when you provide it voluntarily (for example, when you email using the Site). Non-personal information (“Non-PI”) is information that does not identify you directly (for example, IP address and the Site pages visited). Non-PI may be collected to track usage data and administer the Site and for other uses described below, using cookies, which are small text files a website sends to a web browser, stored on the web browser’s computer, and other technologies. For example, when you use the Site, Squarespace may collect your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, referral URL and other information to provide MThompsonADR with information regarding Site traffic statistics and to potentially identify users who are using the Site for spam or other problematic activity. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate and is not linked to PI.
Use of Information
MThompsonADR may use the information you voluntarily provide to contact you, to make improvements to the Site and its Services, and other internal purposes. If you provide a telephone number to MThompsonADR, you agree that MThompsonADR can contact you at that number, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any Services. MThompsonADR will not rent or sell your PI to third parties. MThompsonADR, Squarespace and our other service providers may use Non-PI for analysis of trends, Site administration, security purposes, and to monitor visitor usage, traffic, routing, and movements around the Site, and related purposes, and to provide reports based on the use of information. You may be able to instruct your browser not to accept cookies, or to remove persistent cookies. MThompsonADR cannot guarantee that Non-PI will not be able to be used by those with access to identify you. MThompsonADR will use your information for internal purpose only, provided that it may use your information if necessary to satisfy legal requirements.

MThompsonADR has implemented safeguards to protect your information from improper access, use and disclosure, and to safely destroy the information as applicable.
